Approve guests
Day 1 guests get everything automatically. After their Day 1, each guest is added here for
Day 2 and Day 3 — they only get the Zoom invite, 15-minute reminder and feedback message if you say Yes.
"Sent" means the message was handed to WhatsApp. If a guest says it
didn't arrive, tap Send Zoom link myself under their name.
Book someone in
For late or special requests. Skips the 9 PM cut-off and the seat limit; the guest is approved
automatically and gets their confirmation (and Zoom invite, if it's after 8 PM) straight away.

Save each session's link when you have it. Invites go from 9:10 PM the night before; a link
saved later goes out within 5 minutes. Only a link saved for this date is ever sent.
